Information we collect

Your email address, consent status, time of signup, consent notice version and signup source. We do not request banking information.

Purpose and legal basis

With your affirmative consent, we place you on the CostBuster early-access email list and send launch announcements and occasional related updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who processes your data

This site stores subscriber details in a Cloudflare D1 database and uses Cloudflare Workers/Pages infrastructure. Depending on the Cloudflare configuration, data and access logs may be processed internationally. Check your Cloudflare data-processing agreement, transfer safeguards and storage location. Email providers will process communications if you contact us or when we later send mail.

Retention

We retain your details while you are subscribed and until the purpose ends; we remove them when you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, except a limited suppression record if required to honor your choice. Establish and document a specific retention schedule before launch.
